We had a wonderful time on our cruise out of Galveston to Mexico. We felt prepared, armed with the information provided by Melissa prior to our trip. We are first time cruisers and will definitely consider other cruises in the further. Melissa provided us with luggage tags and lanyards, which were both necessary for the trip. Melissa has been Amazing ???? She has kept me straight while planning 2 trips for us at the same time. Always helpful and oh so patient! Our Royal Caribbean cruise ???? out of Galveston went smoother than we could have imagined. Melissa chose the perfect parking lot, directly in front of the port. All excursions and special dining were ideal. Although it was our first cruise on our own, it was stress free because of the support Melissa provided! She is available and willing to communicate with you through the means you are most comfortable, phone, text or email. Dreams Jade Resort and Spa was a perfect introduction to Mexico! An easy flight from Texas to Cancun, Mexico and a short ride to the hotel. Melissa booked our flights, resort and private transport to and from the hotel, simplifying the whole process.
The staff at Dreams Jade were attentive and inviting, easing our worries about traveling internationally. Plenty of restaurants and events to keep us entertained and a large pool for relaxing. All of that, just steps from the beach!
Excursions were easy to book in the front lobby and our trip to Isla Mujeres by catamaran was unforgettable! The clear, cool waters are mesmerizing.
I would definitely recommend contacting Melissa for your next vacation!
